MR WAYRoom 408 bed closest to the window. my wife slept in thi bed and woke up covered in bites which we thought were caused by mosquitoes following day i caught a bed bug and reported the incident and handed over the bug. i must point out that before i retired i owned a pest control company and i was a member of the bpca and npta. british pest control association and national pest technician’s association and i think i am qualified to recognise a bed bug. my wife is suffering much suffering and costs not to mention that all our clothing had to be bagged up and thoroughly washed. i hope you take this as seriously as we have. i will point out that i new the risk of staying in an hotel at the end of the camino but i recommend that your staff are trained to recognise spotting on the bed sheets.i have stayed at this hotel probably 5 times and enjoyed every visit.10Recommended -

WONDERFUL CENTRAL HOTELThis is my third time staying at the hotel universal and i shall hopefully be back again! wonderful staff, excellent rooms and delicious breakfast all for a reasonable price. airport bus stops outside the door! perfect stop when finishing the camino.10Recommended -
